We accept: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana PPO, Medicare, Optum, Oscar Health, Tricare, UMR, UnitedHealthcare, and self-pay. We do not accept Medicaid. Some plans carry high deductibles — we verify your benefits and tell you your exact cost before your first visit, so there are never surprises.
