A $50 deposit holds your spot
We collect a single $50 deposit when you book. It's credited toward your visit — it isn't an extra fee. If you no-show or cancel late, the deposit is forfeited. That's the whole policy; there are no other charges at booking.
Your appointment is confirmed the moment you book
We verify your insurance benefits within one business day and will only contact you if something needs attention. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Optum, Oscar, UMR, UnitedHealthcare.
We do not accept Medicaid or Sunshine Health — if that's your coverage, you're welcome to book as a self-pay patient.
Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Florida at the time of your appointment — you'll confirm this during booking.
