    Check your insurance first

The most common reason we can't see a patient is that we don't accept their insurance or their specific plan. We accept: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana PPO, Medicare, Optum, Oscar Health, Tricare, UMR, UnitedHealthcare, and self-pay. We do not accept Medicaid. Some plans carry high deductibles — we verify your benefits and tell you your exact cost before your first visit, so there are never surprises.

So we can focus on what we do best, a few things we don't offer

    • Medicaid not accepted (Medicare is accepted)
    • Court-ordered evaluations
    • Long-term disability paperwork
    • ESA letters during evictions
    • Patients must be able to manage their own care
